No manifold block, only a pressure sensor installed on a hydraulic line on the forklift. A speed bar is installed against the mast, with magnetic sensors that measure lifting speed.
Lifting, then lowering the load along the speed bar provides an accurate weight of the load, averaging out the influences of asymmetric load distribution.
The 5200 indicator with full colour 5″ touch screen, makes calibration easy by guiding the technician through the procedure. The user friendly instrument only shows those function keys that are relevant to the ongoing operation of the scale.
The 5200 indicator has a USB port, as well as wireless connectivity to export data to another device. Additionally, the RAVAS Indicator app can be used to download data from the 5200 instrument and send it off via email.
