3590EGT HYGIENX: new stainless steel touchscreen weight indicator for environments with high hygiene requirements

The 3590 HYGIENX 5.7″ colour touchscreen weight indicator with touchscreen display and advanced weighing program, AF01, is distinguished by its rugged AISI 316 stainless steel case and IP68 and IP69K protection ratings, which ensure fast and deep sanitisation with high-temperature and high-pressure water jets.

In the chemical industry, as in the pharmaceutical and food industries, it is necessary to ensure thorough cleaning and exclude any risk of chemical, physical or bacterial contamination.

3590EGT HYGIENX offers traceability, data entry, database, wireless weighing storage and transmission functions according to Industry 4.0 requirements.
CE-M approved (OIML R-76/EN 45501).

  • Max. 10.000e or multi-range 3 x 3000e @ 0,3 µV/e in CE-M approved version.
  • Max. 1.000.000 displayable divisions for internal factory use with internal resolution up to 3.000.000 points.
  • Connectable to printers and labellers with free programming of the printing formats.
  • 110-240 Vac power supply through a 1.5 m cable with Shuko socket.

I/O SECTION

  • 2 RS232 serial ports, for connection to printer, PC or PLC, radio module and optional interfaces.
  • 1 RS232 serial port (RS485 optional), for connection to repeater, remote scale, badge reader or digital load cells.
  • Modbus RTU interface as standard.
  • Analogue output configurable (4-20 mA, 0-20 mA or 0-10 V), needs IOEXPB expansion board.
  • Standard keyboard emulation input, for connection to barcode/badge readers or external PC keyboard, through cable with mini DIN connector (optional).

Optionals:

  • 4 opto-isolated outputs.
  • 2 opto-isolated inputs.
  • Profibus or modbus TCP interface.
  • External Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, CANopen or DeviceNet interface (optional, only with AF01 standard weighing program).
  • Bluetooth connection, for fast wireless programming of the archives, through PC, tablet or smartphone.
